Tlie British Fnited Press eorrespondent in Belgrade reports that a Yugoslav court sentenced to death Ivan Pintar who was stated to be a United States national, and three Yugoslavs for ' ' serving iiiternational reactionaries and encouraging crusaders and terrorist bands". It is stated tjiat Pintar was born in Chieago and registered with tlie United States Consulate in March, 1946.
