KEW PLY1MOUTH, Jan. 23. Mr. O. A. Banner, lieadmaster of the Kelburn Ko r mai School, Wellington, collapsed and died today wliile attending the Xorth Island section of the teachers' natioual refresher course at Xcw J'lymouth. Mr. Banner was past president of Ihe Xew Zeaiaud Bducational Institute and :i inembcr of the Victoria University Gollcge Council. He is survived by a wifc, four sons and one daughter.
