MR. FRASER MAY VISIT JAPAN
TO EXAMINE CONDITIONS OF N.Z. TROOPS Received Thursday7 il.54 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 23. The Prime Minister of New Zealand (Mr. Fraser) is expected to visit Japan in February to see at first hand the conditions of the New Zealand troops, says Reuter's Tokio correspondent. Sir Richard O'Connor, AdjutantGeneral to the British forces, will arrive in Japan on' January 28 to inspect the B.C.O.F. troops, and Mr. Geoffrey de Freitas, Air UnderSecretary, is expected a few days later to inspect the air units.
