Received Thursdav, 7.0 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 23. The infiuential Anglo-Jewish Assoeiatiou at its amiual meeting in London adopted a resolution deploring "the wicked and senseiess outrages wliieh oeeurred in Palestine," and regretting the decision of the Jewish Agencv to rel'use to partieipate in the proposed talks on Palestine. The president of the Association (Mr. Letmard Stein) said in his address: "It is tragic that the Jewish national home dedicated to Jot'ty ideals of early pioneers should be prof'ancd hy murclerous outrages which dishonour the Jewish name." He also condemned the aetivities oi: some of the Amei'iean Zionists whom he charged with endeavouring to estrange the British people — "of all nations the most tolerant and steadi'ast friends of the Jews— by insolent threats and hysterical abuse."
