Switzerland help Austria tinancially in the latter's reeonstruetion, says the Kxehange Telegraph Ageney 's Berne corres]>ondent. He quotes the leading Swiss newspa])c»r, Neue Zuereher Zeitung, as saving that the request will be bluiitlv rejected, and adds that Kwitz.erhind had spont lmndreds of millions of franes on Europe 's rehabilitation already. Furtlier eredits would be inipossible to Austria, whose industrial eapaeity had been severely damaged liy the extraction of reparations.
