Williaiu Stoplion Bomba, diamond tool inanu i'acturor, was cliargod with having attoniptod to oxport industrial diainonds and with niaking a falso Customs doclarat ion. After tho contiscat ion a portion of a small tvheel was broken olf and cxamined in- a laboratory, said a police witness, and diamonds and dust wo'ro found inside. Tho caso is proceeding.
