Criticism of the action of tlie water siders in curtailing their hours of work was expressed by the freeziug ,\vo rks employees at Waitara toda.v. 4 4 While agreeing that the waterside lyorkers have a genuine case we do not held with their action in restricting their hours of work in order to aehieve tlieir claims," stated a resolution passed at the annual meeting of the Waitara branch of the Wellington Frcezing Workers' Union. The resolution expressed the uuiou's full aecord with thc Federation of Labour anj Government in the stand' they had taken. The resolution was adopted unanimously.
