CONGRESS CONCEDES NOTHING TO MOSLEMS

Referring to tlie All-India Congress Committee's resolution of January 1, accepting the British interpretation of the proposals for ohe grouping of the provinces in an independent India, Rap de Shankar, joint general-secretary of [he All-India Congress Committee. said the resolution did not imply any sacrifice of principle by Congressr - It conceded nothing to the Moslem League. Congress had accepted the procedure of working in groups, but had not lost sight of provincial autonomy.
