No party in the disjiute had any statement to make 011 the clei eJopments. Waterside offieials contiime to address meetings of other uiiions to enlist support. Mr. P. Johnson, national president of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants, said vesterday. that the executive coiiiicil of his organisation would meet next l\ioiiday to consider the sitiiation which had arisen from the ivharf clisprite. He said that a luiieh-liour meeting ivas addressed by Waterside Uiiion representati\ es at the Hutt workshops tlus week. The meeting accorded a vote ot thanks to the speakers, but adopted 110 resolution.
