Received Wedensdav, 7 p.m. LONDON, Jan. 15. The workers could not have a Labour Government and at the same time repudiate the trade unious and their ieaders, deelared Mr. Tom O'Brien, Labour meinber of the House of Gom■m ons, and also a menilier of the Trade Fnions Conpeil General Couneil, in a •qioech at Nottingham. Mr. O'Brien, .who was eonimenting on the present ' transport strike, said a Labour Government could not last alongside of a rliscredited trade union movement. The right to strike xvas oue of the i^-reat liberties of demoejacy, and like all great liberties it could be lost by ibuse. Nothing menaeed the right t'o strike more than eonstant use of the ■itrike by" unofficial groups of wprkers.
