Pefsonal Mr. Tim Newton has returned home after spending a holiday at Invercargill. Mr. Ron Parr has returned home after spending a three weeks' hoiiday at Paraparaumu Beach. Mr. Spencer Tremewan has returned to Wellington after spending a three weeks' vacation with | his mother, Mrs. A. Tremewan, Stout Street. Messrs. Benny Peni and Albert and Sonny Davis, who have been the guests of Mr. and Mrs. I. Peni, Vance Street, have returned to their homes at Whakatane, Bay of Plenty. The friends of Mrs. G. Mercer, of Stout Street, will regret to learn that shc has found it necessary to enter the Palmerston North Hospital. Her many friends join in wishing her a speedy recovery. Mr. A. Belf has returned to resume his position in Palmerston North following his holiday in" Shannon, where he was the guest of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. Bell, Ballance Street. R.S.A. Batlges As the resull of a circular ietter being receivecl by Ihe local branch oi' tJie R.S.A. from the N.Z.RS.A. concerning the report that members throughout New Zealand v/ere wearing badges with the wrong date attachment, the secretary (Mr. E. J. Gunning) advised local membcrs that all financial membcrs for the year 1946-47 should oe ! wearing their badgc with the bljc ; attachment. It was mentioned t )- .^t isome members neglected to affix ! their date attachments to their I badge, and to save cmbarrassrm ,it ! all members wcre requested tj scc | that they were wearing the cori ect | attachment. The secretary also ! advised that he had received a isupply of attachments for the next I financial year, and members wno I wished to pre-pay their subscripI tions could nov/ do so.
