HORSESHOES FOR SUPPER Surprise your friends with these delicious pastry novelties. "Horseshoes" are very easy to make with Fether-Flake Puff Pastry — you buy it ready mixed, then just roll and bake. Roll the Fether-Flake £ in. thick and cut in lengths about 4 in. x 3 in. Egg wash one side and place jam in a strip down the middle. Foid lengthwise, close edges, make a few short cuts, egg-wash all over and lay in sugar. Place on baking sheet and bend into shape of horseshoes. Bake to a nice brown. Fether-Flake is freshly made by j Adams Bruce only and sold straight from the refrigerator.
