l LODDON, Jan. 8. Ninety junior ratbigs 011 Il.MJ.S. Kukrj, at Cochin, 011 the soutlnvest eoaat, refused duty on January 6, says Beuter's Kew Delhi eorrespondent. Forty* of them have now returned to -work. A eominunique does not say why- • the men refused duty. The Kukri, formerly the Trent, is on;

The men started ' a hunter strike at the Vizagapatan i Il.A.F. station. Oue man was admitted i to hospital and several are in a weak condition. It is unotticially stated that special meals have been prepared under orders of a niedical offieer, presumably for foreible feeding. The hunger strike followed eonipJaints about other conditions.
