GREEK PRINCESS DEPRIVED OF HER TITLE
Reeeiyed Wednesday, 8.10' p.m. * LQNDON, Jan. 8. The Daily Mail's Athens coi'iespondent says Pi'incess Irene, the Russianborn wife of Prince Peter of Greeee, has, been formally deprived of her title by the Greek Go-vernment following statements she is alleged to have made in the United States that British troops should be withdrawn from Greeee. A Governnieut spokesman said by Greel; law she was not a piember of the Greek royal family as the Kiug had not con sented to the .marria'ge.
