Mr. and Mrs. J. Woodley, of Wellington, are on holiday in Otaki.I Mr. J. D'Ath, of Hawke's Bay, is visiting relatives in Otaki. Miss May, of Wellington, has left Otaki for a week at Raumati Beach. Rev. Father Riordan was a weekend visitor to Otaki. t Mr. Athol Bennett has returned to Wellington after visiting relatives in Otaki. Mr. and Mrs. Gemmett, of Island Eay, are renewing acquaintances in this district. Mrs. Charles, of Woodville, is spending a holiday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Whitelaw, Rangiuru Beach. Mr. and Mrs. Jarmev and family, who have been on holiday in Otaki, have returned to their horne at Wellington. The death has occurred at the Palmerston North Hospital of Cecil Reginald, son of Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Minnis, of Waikanae. The deceased was three years of age. Tho death occurred ycsterday at Ihe Palmerston North Hospital of Mr. David Macdonald. a well-known resident of Otaki, who has been in indifferent health for some time. The death occurred at Masterton on Sunday of Mr. Oliver Nation, for some time a resident at Otaki. The deceased, who was in his sixtyfourth year, leaves a widow and grown-up family to mourn their Toss.
