Italy and Belgium shared part of their out put with other countries but latelv have been eompelled to retain it owing to the urgeney of tlie' domestie ueed, Britain, too, has been sharing her top production but had lirst obligation to her spinners and manufacturers who are making an iinportant contribution to world rehabililation in their exports of yams and cloth, especially to the Dominions. British capac ity to comb Doininion wool, however, has now reached a point exeeeding the needs of British mills.
