AUCKLAND, Dee. 26. A two year old boy was killed instantly at his home this morning when he was playing with a eonnection to an electric iron. He was Kemin Leon Blaymires, son of Mr. W. H. Blaymires, of Takapuna. The chilcl was playing on tlie fioor of the kitchen when he seized the end of a length of flex which was plugged into the wai! and hangi'ng on the door. Mr. Blaymires, who was in the room at the time, heard a noise and turned round to see his son dead on the floor. Dr. Coombos, of Takapuna, and a meihber of the St. Johh Ambulanee applied artiffcial- respiration for over an hour without success.
