Between the hours of midnight and 7 a.m.: — (:a) If called from stand or by previous appointment from residence: First mile or part thereof, additional charge of 1/-. Each mile or part thereafter, 6d. (b) If called from residence without previous annointment the fates in (a) to apply but with a minimum charge of 5/-.
