ALBANIA REPLIES TO DEMAND FROM BRITAIN
Received Monday, 11.15 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 22. Albania has replied to Britain's demand for comoensation for the losses of life and dama°e to the destroyers Saumarez and Volage, whieh struck mines in Corfu Channel on October 2. The reply reach - ed the British Ambassador in Yugoslavia last night. The text of the repl'y will be studied imrnediately it reaches the British Government.
