WELLINGTON, Dec. 19. Tlie reallocation of Gabinet portfolios following the swearing in of two new Ministers-, Messrs-. Culien and Hackett, at a speeial meeting of the Exeeutive Council at Government House this afternoon, was announced hy the Prime Minister tonight. Hon. A. McLagan has heen given the portfolios of Lahpur, Mines, Employment and Immigration. Hon. E. L. Culien is appointed Minister of Agriculture and Mihister of Marketing. Hon. E. Hackett hecomes Postmaster General, Minister of Telegraphs and Minister in charge of the Public Trust, State Pire Insurance and Government Life Insurance Departments. The Prime Minister takes over th'e portfolio of Native Minister and becomes Minister m charge oi tnte Native Trust Department.
