Paterson, S.M.) by Air. llallyburton Johnstone, the National candidate, for a magisterial reeount for the Raglan seat in the recent election. The grounds stated are that the applicant has reason to believe tliat the numbers of the votes an nouneed as gained by each candidate when the poll was made public are incorrect. The Alagistrate has agreed to a magisterial reeount in his presence and has intimated that the reeount will be condiicted on December .'!() and December 31.
