HOSPITAL CHEER APPEAL
MAYORESS EXTEND S THANKS The Mayoress (Mrs. H. B. Rprdekin) again wishes to thank the Levin and district residents for their generous response to the appeal for Christmas cheer for hospitals and homes of the aistrict. , The result of the collection w.as £48 16s lOd, and this has been foj> warded to the Palmerston North Hospital Board.
Special thanks must be extended to the collectors, who at this busy time of the year, with the spi^R true citizenship, gave up their time to make this appeal possible.
