Albania, replying to tlio formai Greek charges that Albania, Y ugoslavia and Bulgaria weri* fomenting the current strife in Xorthern Greere, eharged that the Rovalist-doininated Greek Gov l* ernniont was trving to provoke war against its neiglibours and demanded that the .Seeuritv Council send a comxnission to Greece to investigate the situation. Albania added: "This is an uprising of part of the Greek people against their Government. " Bulgaria ealled tlie Greek eharges petty, trivial and unfounded and said: "Ever sinee the present Greek Government caine to poWer it had an attitnde of marked hostility to Bulgaria. Discussion was ndjounied unti 1 Decemlier 18 after adopting the United States suggestion that Albania and Bulgaria, whieh thus far have been permitted only to submit stateinents to the Council, shonld be invited to particigate in the .debate without a vote.
