Telephone Exchange Building The date of the instalment of the new telephone -exchange at Levin was doubtful, said the postmaster, Mr. L. A. Whitham, yesterday. Work on the building had -ceased meanwhile owing to a shortage of materials. He could give no indication when the building would be completed.
