WELLINGTON, Dec. 15. If the people expressed the wish to administer community services, he would favour such a plan, the Prime .Minister, Ilon. P. Fraser, said in ofiicially opening temporary cooperative shops at Taita on Saturday. Mr. Fraser was referri-ng to the movement in new State housing areas in the llutt Yalley, for possession by the people of all community services. This aims at the eontrol of three proposed health centres and civic centres including picture theatres and hotels. " If the people definitely declare that in their district they would like to eontrol these things, evei'ything else being equal and sulijec.t to suitable arrangements, 1 am in favour of the proposal, ' 1 said Mr. Fraser. "That lits into my conception of what a community should be. "
