Church Offertories Special oiTei lories for church funds have been received from Ohau 12s and Paraparaumu £5 8s 9d. For the Diocesan Youth Council Otaki contributed £2 5s, for the Maori Mission Paraparaumu contributed £1, and for the Rangiatea pastorate £10. Waimeha Water Supply '•The sinking oi uie new water upply bore at Waimeha township has progressed," said the actingngineer (Mr. W. H. Fraser) in a •eport to yesterday's meeting of he Horowhenua County Council. "The casing has been driven a further 52 feet, the depth now being 87 feet. It has now reached another impervious layer, and it is antieipated that on the piercing of this layer we shall be in a position to earry out further pumping tests. '
