This is fc ported by t'he Herald-Tribune whicli adds that the= confusion arising out oi the British and Russian ntoves at the Genernl Assembly vesterday, were not eleared up today. The British are reported to be rOwriting their resolution, in elfect to make a simultaiieous saving of British face and of the Ainerican atomic bomb.
