FOXTON'S WATER SUPPLY

NEW ARTESIAN SYSTEM LIKELY Foxton is experiencing trouble with its water supply and at a meeting of the borough council, held reeently, the clerk (Mr. W. Trueman) tabled a report on the borough artesian wells, which disclosed the fact that one bore was jnot satisfactory and would in all probability have to be replaced. It was decided that the clerk and borough foreman 'obtain expert advice in this connection, and take whatever steps are considered necessary to safeguard the supply.
