AN EASY SWEET — BANANA TART For this you need 6oz. FetherFlake Puff Pastry. (You buy it ready mixed, then just roll and bake). Line a tin plate with the-Fether-Flake, prick with a fork and bake for about 20 minutes. Slice some ripe bananas and squeeze on% lemon juice to prevent discolouration. Spread banana on the pastry and top with raspberry jam. Serve with custard sauce. Fether-Flake is freshly made by Adams Bruce only, and sold straight from the refrigerator Allow Fether-Fia'ke to stand a while before using. Obtainable from the!
