Pails, the certain second singles play er for Australia in the Davis Cup, has been instructed not to play doublos but concentrate exclusively 011 singles. Tlie Anierican captain, Walter Pate, is liaving trouble getting his cup team .into shape. Kramer still has a long way to go before he reaches top forni. Talbert has lost touch conipletely and Toni Brown is just as bad.
