Such resolution will be submitted for confirmatioir at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on Monday, the, 16th day of December, 1946, at the Council Chambers, Batli Street, Levin, at the hour of 7.30 n.m. The object and purport of the proposed By-Law, which is to be known as "The Levin Borough Council By-Law No. 7 (1946)," is to provide for the making of a charge for the installation of service connections to the Borough water mains.
