SHOOTING INCIDENT
Received Thursday, 10 a.m. JERUSALEM, Dec. 11. A British officer accidentally fired a Bren gun in Jerusalem today, injuring eight civilians, one of them seriously. It -'is officially stated that a full military inyestigation is being made, "but it seems there is little doubt that the incidenc was a regrettable accident."
