INDIA DEBATE POSTPONED
Received Wednesday. 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 10. Mr. Attlee will make a statement on India in the House of Commons tomorrow instead of today, as origmally expected. The view seems to be growing that inmiediate discussion would do more harm than good at the present stage.
