AMERICAN STARS MAY VISIT DOMINION
WELLINGTON, Dec. 9. There is-a possibility. that (he American Davis Cup team will be represented at the New Zealand tennis championships at Christchurch in January. Nego1 tiations are still proceeding and depend on wliether the date of the Australian cliampionships, now scheduled to commence on January 20, is brought forward. The Americans say that' it is too long to wait after the Cup aud whatever happens Schroeder and KTamer , will leave for home immediately the Cup is decided but if the date remains uuclianged Parker aud Mulley will probably fly to New Zealand and play in the ehampionships and then fly home.
