Bing Crosby returns to favour the Civic Theatre in "Here Come the Waves." Betty Hutton has to doubie as the Adams Twins higfc .sjtot singing sisters, one with red hair, the other with blonde. How she does it is just too wonderful. She plays ,wo distinct parts and mixes up the love affairs not only of John Cabot (Bing Crosby) who is always trying to gst into the Navy without success and Windy (Sonny Tufts) who 13 in ths Navy and cannot get oui if )t.
