Received Saturday, 9,40 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 6. A joint round-table conference of British Cabinet Ministers and all the Indian leaders was held at No. 10 Downing Street tonight a few hours before Pandit. Nehru was due to fly back to Delhi. Earlier the Evening Standard's polJtical eorrespondent reported that there was no prospect of any thing but a deadlock from the talk on India.
