The existence in Italy of a Russian-controlled pan-Slav organisation calling itself "Troika" is referred to in a contidential document circulated by the Italian Ministry oi the Interior to all police chiefs, says the Daily Telegraph 's Rome eorrespondent. The eorrespondent says the document described the organisation as being composed of Russian, Yugoslav and Italian extremists under Russian orders to carry out terrorism and sabotage against the Allied forces in Italy and against Italians and foreigners known to he antiCommunist and Anti-Tito. The cor respondent adds that the police chiefs at Foggia, Taranto and Bari are reported to have conhrmed the organisation 's existence in their areas. The Allied authorities in rtaiy are also aware oi its activities.
