CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. (1. The Prime Minister (Mr. Fraser) ar rived in Christchurch this afternoon b\ air and this evening attended a Eaboin Victory rallv in the Wentwortli Cabaret. On Saturday Mr. Fraser goes south and will open the new Mariri meeting house at Otakou. On Sunday at a further corenionv at Otrfikou Mr, Fraser will unveil a memonal window. On Monday nigln Mr. Fraser will be the guest at n Labour Partv victory gatheriug in Dunedin. He returns to Wellington on Tuesday.
