Evening racing during the summer months was advocated by Lord Rosebery yesterday at the annual meetiug of the Tlioroughbred Breeders' Association at Newmarket. He suggested racing might start at 6 p.in. of even 6.30 p.m., adding that it was an experiment well worth trying and might give relaxation to those who pufc in a hard day's work,
