He dinibed a 1 (i-foot wall and then returned. When the case resumed Mr. .Tustice Herron discharged the jury although he said there was uothing sinister or suspicious in the juryinan 's act. Tlie juryinan later described Ihe incident as a nightmare and said he could not imagine how he got over the wall.
