CONSIDERATION OF MERGER
Received Wednesday, 10.40 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 3. The terms of the merger between the English Speaking Union and [American and British Commonwealth Association will be submit- ! ted to special meetings of members. The merger is to take place under the narne of the English Speaking Union, and is intended to facilitate future exuansion.
