NEITHER FREE NOR FAIR
Received Tuesday, 11 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 2. The Rumanian elections were neilher free nor fair, said the Under-Secretary to the Foreign Office, Major C. P. Mayhew, in the House of Commons. The Rumanian Government falsified the r-esults wholesale, and they did not truly represent the feeling,s of RumanJians. He was not prepared to say iwhat Britain would do in regard to j the matter.
