The Netlierlands Government, in a statement 011 , foreign policy, doclared that it did not consider the time ripe for developing a European Eede.ration but promised to do everything ih its power to help bridge the differences Ipetween the Soviet Union and the west. It added: "The formation. of bloes in Western Europe or anywhere else is not calculated to ameliorate the ideologi?al differences between centaiu Allies."
