REFUSAL TO ACCEPT DEFEAT
BELGIAN GOVERNMENT CRISIS Received Saturday, 11 a.m. BRUSSELS, Nov. 29. The Belgian Prime Minister, M. Camille Huysmans, told the Press that he wouid, if necessarv, use the war emergency powers to secure the adoption of the finance reconstruction measure whieh was defeated bv even vote yesterday. All eightytwo members of the Opposition walked out of the Senate when M. Huysmans announced that the Government refused to accept defeat.
