Greece Near To Civil War NEW GOVERNMENT SUGGESTED

It is officially stated in Athens that a battle iias been going 011 since Wednesday between units of the Greek Anny Brigade and 500 guerrillas in tlie niountainous Gousa-Prygou range.
Greek i-egulars are attemptmg to oecupy the village of Livada where tlie guerrilla headquarters are situated. Sixty-two guerrillas have been killed. Turkish political circles told' Reuter's Istanbul correspondent that tliey considered tlie Greek guerrilla niovement, wdiich is spreading, had tis its real aims the Dardanelles.
