FRENCH CABINET RESIGNS
* Reeeived Friday, 10.30 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 28. The resignation of M. Bidault's Cabinet was announced in Paris at a meeting of the newly-elected National Assembly. M. Bidault sent a letter to the house, saying that he would continue to deal with current affairs until a new government was formed. The Socialist Party has nominated M. Auriol for the presidency oi the National Assembly.
