The ncgro Bob Montgomerv (1651b.) relained Ihe world lightwciglit chanipionship by knocking out negro Wcslcy Mouzon (13221b.) in the eiglith round. Mouzon defeated Montgomerv in two rouiiils in a non-titlc contest last August. IMontgomerv is recognised as world champion by the Xew York and Pliiladelphia Boxing Commissions. The National Boxing Association regards Iko YY.illi.iius as champion.
