Received IVednesdav, 12.5 a.m. SVDXKY, Xov. 20. The Consul for Yugoslavia (llr. Jolin Kosovieli) was arrested in Sydnev last Priday liy sherilf's otlicers under a writ to prevent his leaving tlie eountry while j two libel aetions against hira were pending. Tliis was disclosed in the i Supreme Court today. The Court was j told tlmt Kosovieli deposited with the J sheriff £2000 in cusli, tlie rnoney re- j quired by the writ, and was released. Kosovieli today souglit the relurn o f , the eash lodgeil and the substitution of two bondsmen as Mireties while he was awav on a , visit to Yugoslavia. Mr. ■Tnstiee Owen adjourned tlie case until Tlmrsday.
