CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 25. Tlie relcase of a new ration coupon for liosiery and a new series of clothing and household linen eoupo-ns from December 1 were announced today by Hon. D. G. Sullivan, Minister of Supply and Munitions. "The liosiery coupon which becomes available on December 1 is No. X301, tho first on the new ' cai'd," said Mr. Sullivan. "It will be valid for the purehase of one pair of fully fashioned stockings of silk or artilicial silk for a period of six months or until further notice. Also the curreney of coupon X202 is extended for two months and will not now expire until January 31 when everyone should have had a full opportunity for redeeming it." The Minister said that the new clothing coupons to be released on December 1 were those on sheet 4 of the new 6th series ration book eomprising clothing coupons numbers CL 47 to CL 69 and household linen coupons HL 7 to HL 9. In aceord with the usual praetice the latter tliree coupons were to be surrendered to the management by all persons residing in establishments where household linen is provided. "There is not a change in the present clothing rationing system," continued Mr. Sullivan. "The coupou values remain the same and past issues of clothing coupons remain valid indefinitely. "
