OIL SALES TAX INVALID
Received Tuesday, 11 a.m. WASHIN GTON, Nov. 25. The Supreme Court has declared invalid the California State threc pcr cent. saies tax levied against oil sold for export. The court held that California could not levy a tax on fuel oil sold- by the Richfield Corporation to New Zealand.
